Purpose of data processing
Evo.People is a company specialized in the recruitment and provision of IT professionals. For the purpose of providing our services, we collect, store, and process personal data of applicants, employees, clients, business partners, and suppliers.
Processing of personal data
When visiting our website, technical data is processed to provide the content, ensure the security of the offer, and detect misuse. Personal data is also processed when you voluntarily provide it as part of an inquiry, application, or contact request.
Applications
Personal data of applicants is processed exclusively to offer suitable employment opportunities. The collected data is not used for marketing or advertising purposes. Decisions in the recruiting process are made by our recruiting team.
Processed data may include personal identification data, contact data, personal details, education, professional experience, and skills. Application data may be transferred to contractual partners or potential contractual partners for the purpose of staffing, provided this is necessary and legally permissible.
Transfer to third parties
Within an application process, pseudonymized profiles are generally forwarded first. If personal data has to be transferred, this only takes place on the basis of the required legal basis or with appropriate consent.
Carefully selected service providers may be used as processors. These processors are bound by instructions and committed to confidentiality.
Security
Evo.People uses technical and organizational measures to protect data against manipulation, loss, destruction, and unauthorized access. Personal data submitted through forms should be transmitted through encrypted connections in production.
Cookies, tracking, and external services
The website uses vanilla-cookieconsent v3 as a self-hosted consent solution. The necessary cookie cc_cookie stores visitors' consent choices. Optional categories for functionality, analytics, and marketing are technically prepared, and the functionality category can load Google reCAPTCHA for the demo forms after consent.
If functionality consent is declined, the forms still work without reCAPTCHA. In that case, no Google reCAPTCHA cookies such as _GRECAPTCHA or NID are loaded by the website.
The current careers implementation does not embed a third-party portal. Instead, job cards and the initiative application button open external Coveto pages only after an explicit click.
Social networks
Links to social networks become active only when clicked. The privacy notices of the respective providers apply to any subsequent data processing.
Your rights
Subject to the GDPR, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, objection, and complaint to a supervisory authority.
